Delivery Information

Delivery is free to any address designated by you within the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland.

This does not have to be the billing address of your payment (credit or debit) card. It can be you place of work if this is easier for you.

All blinds are normally delivered within 7 - 10 working days.

If we try to deliver you new blinds while you are out we will try to leave your parcel safe (with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property) if this isn’t possible a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.

Next Day Delivery Service

Bumblebee Blinds are delighted to offer a priority next day delivery service on a selected range of Genuine Velux Blinds.

To allow us to meet the next day delivery service we must receive orders by 12 noon. Orders received after noon will be despatched the following day on a next day service. Unfortunately we are unable to delivery on Saturdays and public holidays.

Delivery is free to most UK postcodes. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Free Next day delivery service to customers in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Islands. A next day service is available to these postcodes however an additional charge will be incurred. We are always willing to accomodate your needs wherever possible so please do not hestiate to call us on 01592 891908 to discuss your requirements.

We carry extensive stock within our next day range however from time to time, particularly during extremely busy period, some blinds may be temporarily out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock will notify you as soon as possible.

Next Day Service Returns

If you wish to return blinds ordered through our priority next day delivery service please note that they will be subject to a £12.95 charge. The charge will only be waived if the goods are damaged or faulty on receipt of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for blinds ordered incorrectly.
