Set out below
are the terms and conditions upon which Bumblebee Blinds Limited,
will accept and process your order for products from this on-line
shop. The following terms and conditions are binding and you should
read them carefully; particularly the provisions dealing with prices,
delivery terms, liability, cancellations and refunds. If you have
any queries or concerns, please contact Bumblebee Blinds Limited
(enquiries@bumblebeeblinds.co.uk). Before you order, please read
these Terms and Conditions and click the ACCEPT button at the end.
Theses Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.
The agreement
of sale and delivery is entered into between you and Bumblebee Blinds
Limited.
The placing
of an order and the entering into the agreement by you is conditional
on you being over 18 years of age.
Bumblebee Blinds
Limited process your order no matter where you are domiciled. Goods
will only be delivered to an address designated by you within the
United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland.
It is a condition
that Bumblebee Blinds Limited will only process your order if you
accept the following:

stated in the bumblebeeblinds.co.uk e-shop.
That Bumblebee
Blinds Limited register data concerning your name, address, telephone
number, and e-mail address for the purpose of processing and delivering
your order.
That Bumblebee
Blinds Limited register data concerning your credit card or debit
card for the purpose of processing your order.
That the agreement
will be formed under the laws of Scotland.
Some
common questions & answers regarding your order
How
will I know my order has been received?
Upon receiving
your order, Bumblebee Blinds Limited will send you an order confirmation
via e-mail. A legally binding agreement is formed when you receive
the order confirmation, and Bumblebee Blinds Limited will attend
to your order as soon as possible. Usually, you will normally receive
your order within seven (7) to ten (10) working days.
Bumblebee Blinds
Limited order confirmation will be conditional upon the approval
of your credit or debit card. If you do not receive an order confirmation
within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us directly enquiries@bumblebeeblinds.co.uk.
It is Bumblebee Blinds Limited wish to attend to your order promptly
and without unnecessary delay however, we cannot assume responsibility
for conditions caused by problems or faults in electronic communication.
What
is the price of the goods?
The purchase
price is the price in force according to the bumblebeeblinds.co.uk
e-shop at the time of the placing of your order. The total of your
purchase or purchases will always appear in the order confirmation.
How
do I pay?
Payment may
be made with DELTA, MAESTRO (SWITCH), VISA, MASTERCARD or SOLO.
You will be requested to submit your card number, expiry date and
if applicable card issue number and three digit security number.
This information will be transmitted via high-level encryption directly
to Worldpay to verify that your credit or debit card is valid. Once
your card is approved, Bumblebee Blinds Limited will send you an
order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours. Your e-mail address
will not be distributed to other companies outside the Bumblebee
Group. Your credit or debit card will be charged on the day of order.
Guarantee
All products
are covered by the manufacturer's (VELUX) two (2) years guarantee
on products purchased through the bumblebeeblinds.co.uk e-shop.
This guarantee
does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
Liability
Bumblebee Blinds
Limited liability for damages shall not exceed the total invoiced
cost of the defected or delayed goods. This will not affect any
liability for death or personal injury resulting from the actions
of Bumblebee Blinds Limited.
Bumblebee Blinds
Limited have taken every possible technical precaution to render
the colours of VELUX products as realistically as possible. However,
Bumblebee Blinds Limited must warn as to possible deviations between
the colours rendered in bumblebeeblinds.co.uk e-shop and the actual
colours of VELUX products.
Cancellations,
Returns and Refunds
Next
Day Service Returns
If you wish
to return blinds ordered through our priority next day delivery
service please note that they will be subject to a £12.95
charge (UK mainland only. Contact us for charges incurred for overseas
returns). The charge will only be waived if the goods are damaged
or faulty on receipt of delivery. We cannot take responsibility
for blinds ordered incorrectly. Please contact our customer service
team if you are in any doubt on 01592 891908.
Non
Stock Items
You have the
right to withdraw your order within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
The withdrawal has to be made in written form by e-mail to enquiries@bumblebeeblinds.co.uk.
The deadline is observed if the withdrawal has been sent to Bumblebee
Blinds Limited within fourteen (14) days. After having received
your withdrawal, Bumblebee Blinds Limited will issue a return confirmation
number and a return label including postage. Upon receiving the
goods to Bumblebee Blinds Limited referring to the return confirmation
number, Bumblebee Blinds Limited will be obliged to return your
payment. Your refund will be made to the payment card used to purchase
the goods.
Returning
Blinds
On all occassions
the goods including fittings must be returned in undamaged condition
and in its original and intact packaging. You are of course welcome
to open the original packaging but not to damage or dispose of it
either in full or in part.
When returning
goods, Bumblebee Blinds Limited ask that you inform us of your order
confirmation and/or order number which will help us to identify
your order and attend to the return in the best possible way without
any unnecessary delays.
Applicable
Law and Venue
Agreements entered
into by using the bumblebeeblinds.co.uk e-shop are governed by Scottish
law and Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
dispute arising from agreements entered into via the bumblebeeblinds.co.uk
e-shop.
